Taylor Davis serves as a Development Associate at Taylor-Davis Interests, focusing on land acquisition, builder relations, and business development while also supporting project management and marketing efforts across the company’s portfolio. Having grown up around the real estate development business, Taylor was introduced to the industry at an early age, spending summers working alongside his father on active residential projects. That early exposure developed into a passion for the business, and a strong understanding of the relationships and execution required to bring a development from concept to completion.
 

Today, Taylor focuses on identifying and evaluating new land opportunities, cultivating relationships with landowners, brokers, and homebuilders, and assisting with the execution of active developments. He is committed to building on TDI’s longstanding relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the company.
