With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Davis is a highly accomplished developer recognized for his strategic vision, proven leadership, and deep market expertise. His distinguished career spans the successful planning and execution of numerous high-profile single-family residential developments and amenity-rich master-planned communities across the country.  He has served in senior executive capacities, including Divisional President and Senior Vice President for a nationally recognized publicly traded (NYSE) land development company.
Mr. Davis has directed the full spectrum of development activities—from land acquisition, entitlement, and design to infrastructure delivery, marketing, and sales. He has led the creation of award-winning communities in multiple U.S. markets and was instrumental in the design and execution of two championship golf courses. His portfolio ranges from high-volume production lot development to luxury leisure destinations, large-scale amenity complexes, and expansive rural residential communities.
Known for cultivating strong, long-term relationships with national and regional builders, capital partners, and public agencies, Mr. Davis streamlines collaboration to accelerate entitlement and development timelines.
He earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Executive MBA from Baylor University, graduating with honors. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Davis is committed to faith-based community impact, serving on the Board of Directors for One Hope Ministries.
