Spencer M. Taylor is a Principal and Vice President of Taylor-Davis Interests, LLC, where he became a partner in 2013. A Dallas native, Mr. Taylor brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on land acquisition, market strategy, business & land development, homebuilding, property management and large property portfolio management, brokerage & disposition for a large publicly traded real estate fund. 
Mr. Taylor began his career with Centex Homes, contributing to sales and marketing initiatives for the Fox & Jacobs series while completing his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Southern Methodist University. Since joining Taylor-Davis Interests (formerly Taylor-Duncan Interests) in 2005, he has played a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth and shaping its long-term development strategy.
In his current capacity, Mr. Taylor oversees the firm’s land acquisition platform and provides strategic direction for daily operations. His responsibilities include identifying and securing key land positions, cultivating builder and investor relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s projects.
Actively engaged in the Dallas–Fort Worth real estate community, Mr. Taylor is a licensed Texas real estate sales professional and an active member of the Texas Real Estate Commission, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute of North Texas and the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Mr. Taylor serves on the board of the Fight Like Hell Charity Organization. Through his leadership, Taylor-Davis continues to reinforce its reputation as a trusted partner in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets.
