Mr. Duncan co-founded Taylor-Duncan Interests, LLC and has over forty years of experience in real estate, including development, property management, brokerage and investments. He has been involved as a partner in numerous real estate ventures. These various projects include homebuilding, the acquisition and management of multi-family communities, the development and management of industrial properties, the development of rural “ranchette” acreage and the build-to-suit development of office space for several governmental agencies throughout Texas.

Today, Mr. Duncan has retired from day-to-day operations but continues to contribute as a trusted advisor and investment partner. His insight and experience remain an important part of supporting the firm’s strategy and future growth.
